You need to unlock the missiles through bunker research.

You don't need the Terrorbyte for the Oppressor.

Nightclub and Terrobyte for the Opressor MK II (I think, I don't yet have the Terrorbyte or MKII opressor yet myself.)

Correct, although I believe you could use the Avenger if you dont have the MOC but youll need the research.

You need a facility for the avenger, he will already have bunker for MOC since he needs to do bunker research.

So both is possible, but for a "new" player it should be MOC first
